Vengar Tor

Appearance

Vengar is one of the older members of the vast Clan Tor. Now 30 years old of age. Vengar is officially classified as a Half-Orc. Acually, he is a quarter human and three-quarter Orc. Whatever humanity is in him is not showing through his looks, but more through his actions. Looking like a full bred Orc, Vengar has dark green skin, thick black hair and dark eyes. He has two tusks sticking out of his lower jaw that reach up as high as his ears. He speaks with a raw gutteral voice and has trouble speaking clear common. He usually breaths heavy, sometimes growling softly out of a habit whenever he exhales.

Vengar is huge, even for a Half-Orc, standing a massive 6'8 tall and weighing about 250 pounds of pure muscle. He carries a large battering ram on his back, together with two Great Axes, one of which is crafted with particular care and devotion. Quite a scary sight to see. Usually young children of any race think he's some kind of monster and even adults tend to treat him as such.

Background

Born as a result of crossing a Half-Orc with an Orc, Vengar is a product of an experimental Scarlet Brotherhood 'ultimate warrior breeding plan' He was never informed to who his parents were. Growing up was tough on him. He never got taught anything except fighting and killing by the Scarlet Brotherhood's Orcisch warriors. Throughout his puberty though, Vengar proved to be stronger then many Half-Orc or Orc for that. This resulted in him surviving many challenges and fights. This huge Half-Orc then served as a berserker in the armies of the Scarlet Brotherhood for over the last five years in Onwall.

Just a few months ago, Vengar deserted the Scarlet Brotherhood army in a spectacular rage of mowing his way out of his camp. He was sick and tired of killing innocent commoners just because people told him to do so. He couldn't take it any more. His human side wat protesting and telling him that what he was doing was wrong. As such he decided to join the 'good guys' and made his way to Sunndi.

He first met up with a halfling named Makarios in Pitchfield. Makarios saw money in Vengar, putting him in arena fights in his tavern: 'The Pit'. Vengar did some battles there and became quite populair amongst the public, but he didn't feel at home at all. He went to look for others of his kind. This is where he met up with the few Half-Orcs who were there: The clan Tor. He was moved by the Sunndian way of accepting him and decided that he found his new home. He particular loves his fellow clan members Barak Tor and Bubba Tor. Recently one of the other members, Blos'som Tor had died in battle after he defended Onwall in the name of Clan Tor and the Sunndian Army against the Scarlet Brotherhood. Feeling the love for his fellow Clan member, Vengar volunteerd to fill in the open spot, wanting to join the Sunndian army and battle the evil Scarlet Brotherhood as best as he can. He wants to learn how to become a better warrior to do some serious vengeance.

Personality

Vengar is also known as the 'Hugging Half-Orc'. The lack of 'looking like a human', he makes up in acting like one. Due to some experiences Vengar developed a strange sense of who is a friend and who is not. In his eyes there are only two kind of creatures on the planet. Either friends or enemies. When first meeting someone he quickly tries to decide in what catagory that person belongs to. The problem is, due to his lack of intelligence he usually gets this wrong.

Treating his friends with the utmost respect and loyalty he tends to greet them with a big hugg whenever he sees one. When it comes to enemies he will attack them on sight asking no questions whatsoever. Enemies should die, friends should be loved. Vengar is a very simple mind. You could sell him a wooden stick and tell him it's a red dragon detector. (when it turns to ashes, a red dragon is close by.)

Combat

To Vengar combat is fairly simple: If it moves, smash, bash and slash it untill it stops moving. Fearlessly charging blindly into battle, not careing about anything else under the battle cry of his fallen clan member: Blos'som (Hit, not think.) Using his Great Axe he kills it fast and brutally. He uses his superior brute strength to solve any problem. The more angry he gets, the stronger he gets. His knowledge of battle tacktics is limited to charging and flanking. Joining the Army of Sunndi is how he thinks to become a smarter warrior. It is quite clear that Vengar needs someone to lead him into battle. This has been the case when he faught in the Scarlet Brotherhood army and is clearly still the case. Otherwise he might end up real dead real fast.
